This came out with the spring collection. I didn't get it because the color looks kinda scary when I first saw it. Until I read a blog post (Here - in Chinese!)about this brush, I decided to get it. It is not a normal pink blush - it changes colors based on different people's skin tone.
Here is what it says on Sephora Website:
Recreate the look of just-pinched, rosy cheeks with this finely-milled light-pink blush. The unique formula adjusts to your skin’s natural chemistry to create a customized look and the universal shade, Petal #001, is flattering on all skintones. Its ultra-fine, powder texture and irresistible rose fragrance offer a moment of pure indulgence with each application.
Dior Rosy Glow Healthy Glow Awakening Blush Petal - pink rose - (0.26 oz - $44)
The packaging is sleek, I especially like the silver case. The brush is usable, and quite soft. It smells like rose, but you need to get really close to smell it. The powder looks chalky in the pan, but it's actually really fine powder.
The color looks more like a cold pale pink on my cheeks, which looks nothing like in the pan. It looks quite light and natural in the pan. Normally I apply at least three layers to make the color show up a little bit better. It blends very well. The color doesn't last too long on me - around 4 hrs. I like my blush have a luminous sheen into it, but this one is more on the matte side, which is really good for every day use with different eye looks because it basically goes with everything.
