1. Lancome ARTLINERPrecision Point EyeLiner - 1.4ml - $29 -
This thing changed my life LOL! I have already used one tube completely. The second tube is almost gone, I think I can use about 5 times. I have already had backups for the blackest color I have, and I have purchased another color, which is Iceblack. I just love love love this! I am not saying this is the best in the market but I think this is the best for me. The tip is really fine and super easy to use. The only bad thing is it doesn't last forever, maybe 7-9 hrs(am I too picky? I jsut think for eyeliners, it should last more than 12 hrs ), and... the color is not too too black(still black enough for a liquid liner). But because of that I can use this on my lower lashline. It doesn't smudge or anything.
The one on the left is the one I currently use. The whole tube last about 6 months(If you use it everyday then probably faster).
The tip is easy to use and it doesn't change the shape after you use it for a little while.

I put these four together for comparison because they are all from drugstore so they are more comparable.
- Maybelline Line Stiletto Ultimate Precision Liquid Eyeliner - L'Oreal Telescopic Carbon Black - L'Oreal Lineur Intense Defining Liquid Liner - Wet n Wild H2O Proof Liquid Eyeliner Ultra Black -
2. Maybelline Line Stiletto Ultimate Precision Liquid Eyeliner - Blackest Black - 1.5ml - $5 -
This is a cheap version of Lancome Artliner. They perform almost the same. It is not as black as Lancome Artliner, and the tip is not as useful. But it is still a good liner! And it contains more product. Overall it is still worth to try. I am glad that they make a cheap version of Lancome Artliner, because more people can try this kind of brush tip.
3. L'Oreal Telescopic - Carbon Black - 2.45ml - $6 -
The formula is just way too watery! And the color is just not intense at all. I bought this and I couldn't even apply on my lashline because the applicator sucks. I had this for a longtime but I never really used it.
4. L'Oreal Lineur Intense Defining Liquid Liner - Black Noir - 7ml - $6 -
This one... the color is really intense. The texture is really liquid-y so you have to wait a little bit longer to dry. I don't really mind about this, but the brush sucks! I don't know how in the world you can use this brush... I tried it one time but it makes the line so thick and not even straight or smooth(I don't have shaky hands LOL.). The brush doesn't have a pointed tip so it is really hard to "draw" where you want. I tried with angled brush to apply, it is a lot better. This also contains a lot of product. So I think if you have another brush to apply, this is definitely a good choice.
5. Wet n Wild H2O Proof Liquid Eyeliner - Ultra Black 881 - 5ml - $4 -
I recently bought this one because I was going to get the gel liner from WnW, but I don't see it anywhere, so I got this. This is super super super water proof, which you will see later in my little experiment. I don't personally like the applicator, but I guess it is ok for some people because at least it has a pointed tip. The formula takes a little bit longer to dry and it is not too black.
Here's the swatches.

6. Make up For Ever Aqua Liner - 13 - 1.7ml -
When the first time I tried this, I thought this is almost the best liquid eyeliner I ever used, even better than the Lancome one! It lasts longer, almost 12 hrs. The color is really intense and it dries really fast. When it dries, it doesn't smudge or anything... it is just perfect! But I am really disappointed because...the thing burns and irritates my eyes! I guess I am one of the people that can't use certain formula's eyeliner...ok when the first time I tried it, it didn't burn that bad, I thought I didn't sleep well the night before or something so my eyes were tired. But when the second time I tried this.... it hurts so bad, like even worse than the first time! I don't know why I still keep this...
7. Too Faced Starry Eyed Liquid Liners - 4ml - $18 -
This thing burns m eyes, too. Even on top of another eyeliner. Ugh! I also notice that most of the eyeliner-transformer things burn my eyes, too. So I guess the formula that make eyeliners last longer burns my eyes! The color is pretty but I just can't use it!
8. Prestige Liquid Eyeliner - Azure - 3ml - $4 -
I don't have the black one, but I had this one for a little while. The tip is really similar with the WnW one, but a little bit hard to use. The color is really intense and nice. It is really cheap so I think this is another great one to try.

Here comes my little liquid eyeliner experiment!!
The order is
1. Lancome ARTLINER Noir
2. Lancome ARTLINERP Iceblack
4. L'Oreal Telescopic
5. L'Oreal Lineur Intense Defining Liquid Liner
6. Wet n Wild H2O
7. Make up For Ever Aqua Liner
8. Too Faced
9. Prestige Liquid Eyeliner
1. Rubbing test:
I rubbed really hard, you can see Lancome ARTLINER, L'Oreal Telescopic, Wet n Wild H2O, and Prestige Liquid Eyeliner stays on really good. But Lacome ones are the most intense.
2. Water damage test:
You can see they are all pretty waterproof except the glitter one. All the "damages" you see here are from the rubbing not the water.
3. Soap test with water:
I used Dawn and I rubbed really hard. Most of the colors came of except WnW and MUFE.
Guess which one is the winner?
Wet n Wild H2O Proof Liquid Eyeliner - Ultra Black 881 !
It stays on my arm until I used makeup remover LOL!
So I think if you want a easy to apply one, go for lancome; If you want a cheap one that easy to apply, go for Maybelline; if you want a really black one and don't care about the brush, go for L'Oreal Lineur Intense Defining; if you want something overall good and more high-end, go for MUFE(make sure your eyes are not sensitive to the formula); if you want a super everything-proof one, go for WnW!
Next I want to try some Urban Decay one and Stila one, but since they packagings are really similar with the MUFE one, I concern that they are made by the same factory and the same formula....
Thanks For Looking!
