Urban Decay Single Eyeshadow X Swatches, Pictures, & Review

When I saw a swatch picture of this shade and NARS Orgasm, I was like... I have to have this shade! I am into peach/gold color lately!
I got @ Sephora for $18. I don't have any urban decay singles except those matte ones. I don't understand why Urban Decay doesn't put this shade in one of their palette. They always put tones of same shades into different palettes. I have several Urban Decay Palette, but I have like 3 gunmetal, 3 dark horse, etc. They really should put more colors in their palettes(They have more colors, but they only use some of them to put in their palettes, why?!).

You don't realize the prettiness of this shade until you turn on your flash! During the daytime, this shade looks really boring, just a peachy shade with a lot of shimmer. It is just a darker version of NARS Orgasm. When you look at the shade under the flash, you can see the gold shimmer really stand out. Also, This is what  excepted from MAC's Angel Flame(Review & EOTD).

Nars Duo Eyeshadow Cleo Swatches, Pictures & Review

This is my first NARS duo. I picked out about two years ago when I started putting makeup on. I got at Sephora for $32. Why are they $1 more now? Not just the eyeshadows but the blushes, too.
I think I only used once before. Not because of the colors, just because I didn't really know how to put it on. At the end of this post, you can see my EOTD, Which is 100 times better than the one I done about 1 year ago(I think LOL).

The colors are described as seafoam shimmer/ rich teal shimmer. The texture on the lighter color is just like any other NARS shadows, but the darker color's texture is just super creamy and soft. I don't have any other colors from NARS that have the same texture except NARS Sugarland(right). The shimmer in this color is also really fine. You don't have to worry about too much about blending away the shimmer. I like a really blend out look, I found that most of the colors that have shimmer in it are really easy to blend off the colors. No matter it is high-end shadows or low-end, I can barely find the right texture.
I did a everyday look with this duo, You can definitely do a smokey look, I tried with a black base and it turned out really nice.

eafoam shimmer - all over the lids
rich teal shimmer - bottom lashline
MAC Forever Green - Top Eyeliner

eafoam shimmer - all over the lids up to the crease
rich teal shimmer- all over the lids
Lancome Artliner - Eyeliner

MAC Single Eyeshadow Jealousy Wakes Swatches, Review & Pictures

This is a limited edition color from the blogger collection this summer. I swatched this before but I don't quite like it. So here is the new post :)

I like this color, it is more green- yellow- ish and shimmery than Humid (Review & EOTD Here), but this color is not as pigmented as I thought. And I don't know why it is a little bit chalky when I applied on my lids. The other thing is it hurts my eyes when those micro-glitters fall into my eyes.  It it s pretty shade but I hope it could work better than this!

Lids - Jealousy Wakes
Liners - Lancome IceBlack(Above) & WnW Copper(Top & Bottom)

I used Label Whore from Too Faced layer on top with some lashes.

It is really sparkle!

Milani Metallic Baked Eyeshadow 607 Rich Java Swatches, Pictures, & Review

I bought this color a while ago. I didn't start using it until recently. When I first saw this collection in the drugstore, I only picked out the pink - purple color from the Runway collection, the color is called Royalty. Ok, that color SUCKS! No matter you swatch wet or dry, that is the worst eyeshadow I ever used. But I am glad I didn't stop trying the metallic ones. They are a lot better. I bought at Walgreens for $6.99

The color is a dark brown with some really small gold shimmer. It is quite pigmented. But it is a little bit chalky when you apply dry. You can tell it swatches better wet, but I have some serious problems with applying wet shadows! I tried with water, my toner, and fix +... They all kinda ruin the surface of the shadows (like the surface of the shadow gets hard and dark, and you can't even use the color unless wiped off the surface. From the picture above,You can tell the surface is like that, but I have already clean the surface when I took the pictures below). I found this problem not just with this specific shadow. Chanel ones have the same problem. If the mixing mediums are ok, maybe my fingers are not clean? So I also tried to wet my clean brush first then dip into the color, but it still doesn't work. So I am just using all the colors dry now.

EOTD - Too Faced Holiday/ Cut Crease

First time try cut crease and it turned out pretty well :):)

The palette review is Here.

All Over the lids - Satin Sheets(ok this color loos pink in the pan or swatch, but when I put on my eyes... it turns into a light yellow lol).
On the crease - Nice Ash, Upper Lash line, & lower lash line

I got some new false lashes from Amazon, I am still testing out, but so far they are pretty good.
I tried different brushes to do a cut crease look, and for Asian eyes, it is better to use a flat brush. I am still discovering the technique thro, I think I will post a series about "How to - Asian Eyes" in the future haha. Anyone want to see it ? LOL

SHISEIDO Luminizing Satin Eye Color Trio RD 711 Pink Sands Swatches, Review & Pictures

I guiltily placed another two orders from Sephora because of the 20% off for the VIB's  a while ago. As I mentioned in my older post(Click), I love these trios from Shiseido. I was thinking about getting the blue one(snow shadow), but I saw this is a limited edition, so I decided to get this one fist just in case I can't get this one in the future. They sell for $33 for 3g.

This is a warm palette. The first color is a soft rosy pink, the middle color is a shimmery brown, and the last color is a peach color with a little bit shimmer.

Sephora Says:
What it is:A versatile ensemble of silky, highly pigmented eye shadows.
What it does:Inspired by Shiseido Makeup Artistic Director Dick Page's travels around the globe, the trio palette offers alluring combinations and intriguing variety. The true, intense colors blend smoothly to create your perfectly individual eye look.

I love the color combination! I can create a super super clean look with these shadows. They are creamy and easy to use. I will definitely get more and more after I get bored with this one. I start realizing that satin finish eyeshadows look more natural and clean for everyday look.

I used the peach color all over the lids, the pink color darken the outer corner, and the brown color on the crease. This is a really clean look, I love peach color!<( ̄︶ ̄)> I used MAC Paint Pot in Let's Skate(Click) as a primer.
I applied with the sponge applicator that comes with it.
