E.L.F. Liquid Eyeshadow Sexy Silver, Sultry Satin Swatches, Pictures & Reviews

I just checked their website... seven shades out of eight have already out of stock now LOL. I got these two color not long ago. I wasn't gonna use it because when I first swatched them, they were not pigmented at all. Since They are only $1 each, I don't want to return them, either.
I saw a model picture the other day that I like. Then I want to recreate the look. I found the Sultry Satin is really close to the color I need, so I decided to build up with this little liquid eyeshadow.

- Sexy Silver (top), Sultry Satin (bottom) -

- Sultry Satin (left), Sexy Silver (right) -

- Sultry Satin (left), Sexy Silver (right) -

- Blend out Sultry Satin (left), Sexy Silver (right) -

- After several times of smudging, Sultry Satin (left), Sexy Silver (right) -

How much: $1/ each
Where: E.L.F.
Amount:

90/100

The good:
As you can see, this little thing stay on pretty good! For $1, this is definitely a must buy!
The color is buildable.
The bad:
The colors are not pigmented, so I reapplied for about 3 time to have a heavy pigmented look. The only thing is you have to reapply it when it's still wet, or the shadow's gonna look cakey.
Packaging looks cheap (well... they are pretty cheap LOL)

Here is a look with the Sultry Satin
- Sultry Satin - all over the lids -

- Nars Island Fever 's grey color (right) - crease -
reviews are here, and here.

- Sleek Moors Treasure (bottom right) - bottom lashline -

- Nars Misfit milky color (left) - highlight -
swatches & review is here.
then Bobbi Brown gel liner, mascara.. done!

A little trick to make your fake eyelashes look real - glue them on your waterline. I know it sounds crazy, but it works! I will make a post about it soon.

  1. Hi Kat! TBH I didn't like the look up super-close because the red was too bruisy-looking, but then in the full-face shot it looked really pretty!!
